yoshida_teruhisa 2f5c2bdf79 libraries_sysmenu/bootをhyenaとLauncherに組み込み。 
とりあえずビルドが通る状態になったので一時保存。しかし定数が適当なのでbootは呼んでもまともに機能せず。
Launcherはnamライブラリに手を加えない限り起動不可能。

　NORファーム、NANDファーム
	・NitroSDK4.0以降
	・TwlSDK
　システムメニュー
　　・TwlSDK
　　・NitroSystem 070314版(本ツリーのadd-ins内のTwlSDK対応パッチを当てたもの）


2.環境変数の設定
　TWLIPL_ROOT
	ex.) TWLIPL_ROOT=c:/TwlIPL
