yosiokat bb1732d800 ・デフォルトでREDランチャー、RED本体設定、NandInitializerなどのARM9側をTHUMBにするよう変更。 
（nandfirmなどのファーム系はARM9もARMのまま）
・ビルドオプションの整理。問題がないところは、基本TARGET_CODEGENを使用するよう変更。
・NitroSystemをLTD,HYB両方でARM,THUMBビルドするよう変更。
