[private] the copyright for the rust-socket.io project at https://github.com/1c3t3a/rust-socketio. In August 2022 [private] PRs from the GitHub account [private] ([private]). They contributed 19 commits throughout the year, the lates in January 2023.

In January 2024, I noticed that they contribute a bunch of changes to https://github.com/socket-iox/socket-io, which is an exact clone of [private] project. It holds the exact code and doesn't mention [private] license. I am submitting this request against [private] (only committer) and the socket-iox/socket-io project.

This is [private] project, licensed under the MIT license: https://github.com/1c3t3a/rust-socketio.  
This Is an exact copy of the project, violating [private] License: https://github.com/socket-iox/socket-io.

[private] rebranded all commits under the repository to be of his ownership.
