Cypherbridge Systems holds the copyright to entire files in the repository at issue. These files contain copyrighted ode that may not be used (e.g. (reproduced, distributed, etc.) without a software license agreement. The scope of the use under the software license agreement also does not allow those authorized to use the code under the agreement to post any of the content on public websites such as GitHub.
