I am the [private] and [private] copyright owner of the software project titled "Home Pet Project WiFi," which is hosted at [private]. [private] all of the code, documentation, and related materials associated with this project.

The original work is a software project named "Home Pet Project WiFi," designed to remotely monitor and control pet-related activities via WiFi connectivity. The project includes source code, scripts, documentation, and various resources that I have personally developed. It is publicly available at [private].

I request the removal of the entire repository located at https://github.com/ahmetarifozden/Smart_Pet_House, as it contains a direct copy of my copyrighted work without my permission and lacks proper attribution. In case it can not be possible, at least the user can mention the my work and my name in the forked project.

My license is a custom license based on the BSD 4-Clause License, also known as the Original BSD License with an advertising clause.

The license is being violated in the following ways:
Removal of Copyright Notices: The infringing repository has removed my name and the original copyright notices from the source code, violating clauses 1 and 2 of my license, which require that redistributions retain the copyright notice and license.
- Lack of Attribution: There is no attribution given to me as the original author, violating clause 3, which mandates that all advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software must obtain permission from me and display an acknowledgment.
- Unauthorized Use: The repository uses my work without adhering to the terms specified in my custom license.

To bring the project into compliance, the following actions should be taken:
