Dear GitHub Team,
I am writing to formally file a DMCA notice regarding a violation of intellectual property rights on your platform. Below are the details of the complaint:
1. Statement of Understanding: I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to filing a DMCA Notice.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: I am a [private] (or [private] in U.S.A. terminology) at The University of Manchester and the [private] of the course materials for [private]. The copyrighted work includes five pieces of coursework used for assessment (specification and the related source code/data) and others (e.g., lecture notes, exercises and video lectures).
3. Identification of Infringing Material: The material that is alleged to be infringing is hosted on GitHub at the following URL(s):

The infringing content includes all five pieces of coursework under UoMLearning/COMP61021 Representation Learning/
4. Regarding Forks: I have investigated and analyzed the forks of the repository and believe that the following forks are also infringing:

5. I confirm that my sworn statements apply to each identified fork stated above. Based on the representative number of forks I have reviewed, I believe that all or most of the forks are infringing to the same extent as the parent repository.
6. Remedy for Infringement: To remedy the infringement, the affected user, GitHub username: qiletian666, would have to remove all COMP61021 course materials from their repository. Also, the same action has to taken for all the identified forks mentioned in 3) and 4).
7. Alleged Infringer's Contact Information: The GitHub username of the alleged infringer is qiletian666, and others who forked: ziadsalem15, williswangy and LynnnnChen.
8. Good Faith Belief Statement: I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
9. Accuracy Statement and Penalty of Perjury: I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
