1)Original file: QuickBlox/quickblox-android-sdk bore a copyright notice ©2015 Quickblox and was subject to open source licence BSD 2-Clause “Simplified” Licence. BSD 2-Clause simplified licence contains the following provisions at Clause 2: "Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice". The infringing copy at ConnectyCube/connectycube-android-samples has not reproduced the copyright notice and that is why it is in violation of the licence.

2)the original file QuickBlox/quickblox-javascript-sdk/tree/gh-pages/samples bore a copyright notice ©2016 Quickblox (in Apache licence).Apache 2.0 licence26/4/2016 contains the following text; "(b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You changed the files; and (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the Source form of the Work, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works". But the copied work at ConnectyCube/connectycube-js-samples does not contain any prominent notice saying that it changed the files in breach of clause (b) andhas not retained the copyright notice in breach of (c) above.

3) The third original file, QuickBlox/quickblox-javascript-sdk/tree/gh-pages/samples/chat_bots/simple_bot (Apache 2.0 licence26/4/2016) bore a copyright notice ©2016 Quickblox

(in Apache licence). The BSD 3-Clause licence states "All rights reserved. Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:

The infringing file at ConnectyCube/ios-chat-view-controller does not reproduce the above copyright notice or the list of conditions.
