+Our client has exclusive rights for all the content operated in their video streaming/over-the-top service with the brand name “ZEE5”. Upon the instructions of our client, we are sending this notice for all the copyrighted works streaming in the Zee-operated channels under the banner 'ZEE'. including the channels Zee Tamil, Zee CinemaHD, Zee TalkiesHD, Zee TVHD and etc., The original contents of the channel can be accessed at the following URL: https://www.zee5.com/. The alleged repository URL in question are engaging in the act of illegally disseminating our copyrighted content through m3U8 URLs without our client's knowledge and permission and the same does not fall under the doctrine of Fair Use. Thus, the reported repository URL in entirety is liable to be removed or terminated for violating our copyrighted works.
