I am the author of most of the software and [private] of the company the code was written for.

The original copyrighted work that has been infringed is the source code to our SaaS tool curv.io (app.curv.io) which we develop as a product of sixa GmbH (swiss legal entity) sixa.ch. We have been working on it for the past two years and somehow someone outside the company has obtained (some of) it and published it on GitHub.

No, they are not open sourced or licensed in any form or fashion.

No. The source code must not be held by any people outside our company.
