Subject: DMCA Takedown Notice
Dear Github, I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice. I, [private] with Houston IT Developers LLC, am the authorized representative of copyrighted material that is being unlawfully displayed on your platform. It has come to our attention that an individual has uploaded our copyrighted material to your platform without permission.
The unauthorized and infringing material can be found at: https://github.com/charliem243 This letter is official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”), and I seek the removal of the aforementioned infringing material from your servers. I request that you immediately notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to remove the infringing material immediately, and notify them to cease any further posting of infringing material to your server in the future.

The copyright material that has been uploaded are projects that we have been working on. We own the code and the user uploaded all of our copyright material without permission. They are employees of the software company we hired, Rentech Digital, that was working on our software and projects. The affected user with the GitHub username “charliem243” will have to promptly remove and delete the entire files to remedy the infringement.
I am providing this notice in good faith and with the reasonable belief that rights Houston IT Developers LLC owns are being infringed. Under penalty of perjury, I certify that the information contained in the notification is accurate. I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
