I have previously uploaded my school work and materials to Github to keep sync on multiple devices. It should be made private however somehow it was public. Now I have deleted the repo but user https://github.com/Sarah-Saeed forked my repo without requesting my consent.

I have copyright on these files, and they also contains personal informations such as my student ID, which I believe is also a violation of GitHub Private Information Removal Policy.
Furthermore, all the materials in this repo has copyrights belongs to corresponding NUS staffs and should not be available in public.
