+I have created the repo initially in [private] for the project creation and later it was moved to organization.    
+Few days, my organization conducted the code check run on github and noticed that, my original repo has been forked by some other person.   
+The source code in the forked repository will make the existing organization code open to threats and can cause application issues

+The repository was public initially, then we made it as private and after confirmation from the organization we have deleted the repo.
+
+Now it is observed that source projects has forked my repository which is causing violation as per the organization policy.
+I have created a ticket to remove the same forked repo, since i am not able to find out any contact info from the public page of source projects.
