I am a [private] at [private], an international legal practice. We have been instructed to act on behalf of Playsport Games Limited in this matter.

Our client, Playsport Games Limited ("Playsport"), is the owner of the copyright that subsists in the popular video game title 'Matchday Manager' including literary works such as the source code.
Details regarding the game can be found at https://www.playsportgames.com/games/matchday-manager/.
**What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.**
Playsport has been made aware that a recently terminated employee has copied and uploaded a substantial part of the source code for Matchday Manager to a GitHub repository. The files can be located at https://github.com/lestetedelioncourt/Code-repo (the "Infringing Code").
The copying and making available to the public of the Infringing Code is a breach of the ex-employee's employment contract with Playsport and without Playsport's authorisation. Accordingly it infringes Playsport's copyright.
