As an [private], I have the authorization to proceed with the DMCA removal request on behalf of my employer Chronopost.
The litigious source code, which is subject to this removal request, have been developped by an employee several years ago who was acting within the scope of his or her duties. Pursuant to [private] Law, the intellectual property rights have been vested in the employer (Chronopost), who alone is entitled to exercise them.

Vision is a set of microservices whose primary purpose is to interface the Cassandra database with the rest of the information system. To achieve this, each microservice is responsible for a model entity and manages insertions and consultations of the various tables representing the model entity. A second series of microservices contains a few more Chronopost-specific business rules, in order to perform more operational tasks based on the data provided by the first-level microservices.

The source code is only hosted on the company's private servers and is not published online (except for the unauthorized publication on Github being subject to this removal request). Furthermore, the company apply security measures to prevent any unauthorized or malevolent access to its private servers.
**How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?**
We have identified two possibilities : (1) a malevolent access several years ago through a malware or any other type of virus ; (2) human error meaning a developer working for the company published the source code online with no malicious intent.
