I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice, and I believe this takedown notice conforms with GitHub's DMCA takedown policy. The work that has been infringed is is a paid closed-source tool, hosted at the [private] [private]
The infringed work contains a modified binary file, where the measures in place to control access have been removed.

In order to function, the tool must connect to the servers and authenticate. Users must login before being able to use the tool.
Moreover, to function properly, the tool must be connected to a configuration server
**How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?**
The authentication system has been removed. Moreover, a configuration server emulator was created, as the readme states on line 53 [private].
