The original copyrighted work is a resume that [private] personally created and published in a GitHub repository under [private] account. It included [private] full name, career history, technical skills, work experience, and personal introduction. The format was a Markdown (.md) file with a unique layout and structure that [private] authored entirely.
This resume is an original work authored solely by [private]. It was first created and committed by [private] and can be verified by the authorship information in the Git commit history (author name and email) of the forked repository.
The infringing repository is a fork or direct copy of [private] original repository and contains:
- [private] real name and career history verbatim
- [private] formatting, structure, and sections
- Git commit history that still shows [private] as the original author
