+MLOL is the leading digital lending platform in [private], with the largest collection of content (hereinafter "Content") available to all [private] libraries.

+Content made available through MLOL comprises tens of thousands of literary and audiovisual works protected by copyright, including, by way of example, the works of prominent [private] and international novelists. Among these, a notable example is the literary corpus of [private], author of the [private], among others (https://www.medialibrary.it/media/ricerca.aspx?advanced=1&seltip=310&ricdccreator=rowling).

+MLOL uses "Readium LCP" to enforce the lending terms of its digital platform. Readium LCP prevents the unauthorized access, use, and distribution of Content and ensures compliance with lending terms, such as a 14-day borrowing limit.
+
+**How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?**
+
+The Software hosted at the following URL: https://github.com/mirkul-yeah/mlol-downloader is specifically designed to circumvent the technological protection measures (TPMs) used by MLOL to protect the Content, i.e. the Readium LCP DRM system.
+
+The user “mirkul-yeah” has provided specific instructions for bypassing MLOL’s TPMs both on the following GitHub page: https://github.com/mirkul-yeah/mlol-downloader and on a third-party forum located at the following URL:
