https://github.com/tetcore/tetcore.github.io is in fact a hard fork of [private] which is Apache 2 licensed. No copyright infringement has taken place and no copyright notices where changed in any place in the source or executables. The Tetcore Fork is not an identical product to Substrate. The Apache 2 License does in fact allow commercial usage and no additional restrictions where placed on that usage.

Tetcore and Tetcoin are open source products that are built using around 2500 supporting projects. No claims of any kind have been made by its developers that would imply or concretely state ownership or authorship in a manner against any applicable licensing. Not only would such action be disrespectful, it is clearly illegal to do so in the United States of America.
The developers of Tetcore have taken great lengths to give credit to everyone and honor the hard work persevered by the authors that make Tetcoin possible. It is understood that mistakes can and will occur. Should such an event happen, the Tetcoin team will without hesitation correct it.
