It is clearly demonstrated that the owners of the infringing files on GitHub are offering to the unsuspected users an Application Programming Interface (API) of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform without having any permission or authorization. To highlight that the MetaTrader APIs are private and confidential APIs and are provided only under license agreement contracts for commercial purposes. MetaQuotes Ltd objects to any unauthorized disclosure of the MetaTrader APIs or access to the MetaTrader APIs and such disclosure or access constitutes violation of copyrights under the applicable laws. The owners of the files on GitHub have not obtained any authorization or permission to use the intellectual property rights of our software and materials on the their website nor a license validly and legally obtained from MetaQuotes Ltd. This constitutes fraudulent action and we, urgently request the removal of this URLs.
