I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
On Saturday April 24, 2021 Active Theory, Slush Management, and Porter Robinson hosted a virtual event called Secret Sky. It is a proprietary platform that some GitHub users scraped and uploaded in its entirety to GitHub which was forked multiple times.

In the original repo, the creator even makes the following statement.
