+BMC has effective dark/clear web monitoring tools which detect and report copyright violations based on multiple criteria. Such reported violations are analyzed by our threat and legal teams for appropriateness

+It is possible to circumvent our detection/prevention capabilities by posting content without reference to BMC like code snippets without BMC header/footer information etc
