We have developed and still developing BermudaKit plugin to help us on mobile game production.
**Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.**
The copyrighted work in question is a proprietary software development kit (SDK) named "BermudaKit," which was developed by and is the exclusive intellectual property of Bermuda Games, a company registered in [private].
BermudaKit is a custom SDK created for internal use within Bermuda Games’ mobile game projects and includes original source code, custom Unity assets, game logic components, analytics integration scripts, and advertising modules. This SDK is not open-source, has never been licensed for public use, and is not available under any open license.
The specific materials that are being infringed upon include but are not limited to:
- Source code files developed uniquely for BermudaKit (C#, Unity scripts)
- Game assets (textures, UI components, prefabs)
The codes and assets neved made by the repo owner neither when he is in BG nor in any other companies.
These materials were created exclusively in Bermuda Games’ [private] and projects. The unauthorized user has no permission, license, or legal right to reproduce, publish, or distribute any part of BermudaKit on GitHub or elsewhere.
We have requested to remove all commits that have our private assets by phone but he regretted it.

BermudaKit and other assets can only be used in private projects. [private] [private] are never open to public and all assets & codes saved in private harddisks.

They were working with remotely. When they are working with Bermuda Games, they need to clone projects into their PCs. After we have ended the agreement, they shared the codes of BermudaKit in public.
