+The original copyrighted material is from a WQ university data science course ( https://www.wqu.edu/adsl-apply ). And the material usage guidelines clearly said that it should not be distributed.  
+On GitHub, the title itself is exactly the name of the course and is directly against the usage guidelines that the repository owner uploaded for the course material.   
+Posting this on GitHub is literarily re-sharing the notebook and uploading the notebook and also adding this notebook to a public repository. This is literally infringing on all the usage guidelines.  
+Usage Guidelines --> This lesson is part of the DS Lab core curriculum. For that reason, this notebook can only be used on your WQU virtual machine.
