You can see in the (now public) seeds file that myself and a part of the business [private] have created ourselves accounts.

You can see the models, the translations for all of the keys in the application are all exactly the same as what we have in our private repo

This is pretty clearly pointing at our staging server with our custom ssh port etc.

I can't see any fork from her version.

No, it is not open source. The code is bound by the commercial in confidence terms and conditions they were working under in the [private] contract.

No it is not owned or licensed to that contractor. They were employed to do a small 5 hour job and they copied the entire repo and republished it and have even appeared to resell the code.
