The claimant, represented by the copyright holder of the content in question, has filed a request to remove the above files distributed in my repository, which in his opinion represents a leak of the source code of the Willard Networks game server in the game Garry's Mod. The claims were made in relation to files owned by him under an inherent copyright derived from the fact of its creation. It is claimant's belief that these plugins are commercially distributed products that were licensed exclusively to the Willard Networks team for deployment on their servers.

I find this claim to be unreasonable and hereby advise as follows.

||||
Despite claimant's statement that the files in question were transferred to Willard Networks under an exclusive license, in the directories where they were located, at the time I distributed the above content, there was no information in the form of licenses available to reliably confirm or deny this assertion. The only license placed in the original source code was the MIT license, from which implicitly follows the right to distribute the software freely without restriction, as long as a copyright notice is included in the distributed copies. It follows that the content I distribute cannot, by definition, infringe any copyright. Consequently, I ask to consider the claims stated by the claimant as unreasonable.
