+Documents in those repositories, such as https://github.com/LeeFengHY/SmAntiFraud/blob/master/%E4%BA%92%E8%81%94%E7%BD%91-%E8%AE%BE%E5%A4%87%E6%8C%87%E7%BA%B9%E4%BB%A3%E7%90%86%E6%A8%A1%E5%BC%8F%E6%8E%A5%E5%85%A5%E6%89%8B%E5%86%8C-V3.pdf, have sign of shumei company and shumei website URL.
