This takedown request pertains to three repositories of code and sensitive information created by a former Vanguard employee named [private] (cyberyu on GitHub). The repositories are:
hackathon_v (https://github.com/cyberyu/hackathon_v)
hackathon_vv (https://github.com/cyberyu/hackathon_vv)
vhackathondemo (https://github.com/cyberyu/vhackthondemo)
The repositories contain code that [private] developed as part of his daily responsibilities at Vanguard, (i.e. the code was created in connection with Vanguard-sponsored hackathons for its employees). Under [private]'s employment contract, Vanguard owns all intellectual property rights in any code created as part of [private]'s work responsibilities.
