I have read and understood GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
[private] created a GitHub repository in [private] for which [private] have forgotten the passcode/password. I would like the repository to be deleted from GitHub. [private] couldn’t login or recover the repository containing credentials, which may constitute a ‘high risk’. Hence, I was unable to delete the same myself.
