https://github.com/posadka/xmls/blob/main/iptv/iptv.xml (Under this URL there are links to the programs of Telewizja Polsat Sp. z o.o.: Polsat Sport Poland, Polsat Sport Extra Poland, Polsat Sport News Poland)
of the following links leading to files initiating the download of illegally distributed audiovisual content being the subject of proprietary copyrights belonging to the above Companies, which may result in criminal liability under Art. 116 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 1994 No. 24, item 83, as amended). Companies have the right to use the works.
Posting the content on the website pages without the consent of the above. Companies, allows illegal, unlawful access to works, as a consequence of which the proprietary copyrights of the Companies may be infringed. In connection with the above, in order to remove the effects of a breach pursuant to Art. 79 sec. 1 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, we call for immediate removal of the content indicated below from the website.
