+The National Professional Football League, (hereinafter, LaLiga), has among its main objectives the fight against piracy in the digital environment, in particular, the protection of its rights and those of its member clubs, and spends enormous human and technological resources to detect such misuse.
+
+Furthermore, we also wish to inform you, in accordance with Article 2 of the Royal Decree-Law 5/2015, of April 30th, on urgent measures regarding the marketing of rights to exploit audiovisual content of professional football competitions, that La Liga is the assignee entity for the marketing of rights to exploit audiovisual content of the National League Championship of the First and Second Divisions.

+In this sense, the object of this letter is to denounce the APK published by the user in your social network in which appears images corresponding to the Championship match quoted above. This user does not have any right to publicly communicate the images of the game, so that the conduct described represents a breach of those rights to exploit audiovisual content of the National League Championship in their First and Second Divisions.
