I am authorized to act on behalf of Eastern University,
which holds the copyright for the materials in question. This authorization is
based on my role as an employee of Eastern University and my responsibilities
as an [private]. As such, I am authorized to take appropriate
actions, including submitting copyright takedown requests, to protect the
copyrighted content owned by Eastern University and prevent unauthorized use or
distribution of these materials.
**Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.**
The copyrighted work in question consists of course
assignments that were distributed to students enrolled in "[private]" at Eastern
University. The materials were made available to students solely for the
purpose of completing the course and are not intended for further distribution or
retention beyond the course period. The assignments include the following:
-[private]: Data Manipulation, Assignment: LEGO Project
-[private]: Data Manipulation, Assignment: Fandango Movie Ratings
-[private]: Data Manipulation, Assignment: Survivor
-[private]: Data Manipulation, Assignment: NYC Payroll
and were created by program faculty specifically for use in [private] at Eastern University. They
were distributed to students through the official course website and are not intended
for public distribution or posting on third-party websites, including Github.
