The original copyrighted work pertains to the source code and associated materials related to Saudi Investment Bank's SOAP Bill Payment Project. Saudi Investment Bank is the exclusive copyright owner of this project, which encompasses a proprietary software solution designed for secure and standardized bill payment transactions within the banking industry.
The infringing material, identified in the DMCA notice, is an unauthorized distribution of a specific code file directly derived from Saudi Investment Bank's [private], thus infringing upon Saudi Investment Bank's exclusive rights as the copyright owner.
