The purpose of this proposal is to request that your GitHub Company takes down an entire repository. The URL is https://github.com/lyldft/ . In website of GitHub was hosted my instances used in [private] published papers.

I haven’t searched these forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories. I request taken down of all forks that are infringing the hosted instances. In case that the GitHub Company found my instances in several forks, I request that this company delete the ClusteredTravelingSalesmanProblem.zip file.

The work (my instances) is not licensed under an open source license. The files are infringing because there is a violation of authorial rights.
