This system is for internal use within the enterprise and is only allowed for internal use within the enterprise. The relevant code is only allowed to be used within the enterprise or in cooperation projects between our company and clients. The copyright belongs to Petro-Cyberworks Information Technology Company , Limited.
Any unauthorized uploading and publishing is prohibited.
In the project code, we used the prefix com. pcitc as the package name. pcitc is the English abbreviation of Petro-Cyberworks Information Technology Company , Limited. The company website is: http://www.pcitc.com/

The "Technology Management Platform" system provides customers with functions such as achievement management, expert library management, and intellectual property management, developed using Java technology and microservice solutions. The relevant code was developed in 2019-2020 and was published on GitHub by our company's outsourced personnel (account [private]) in December 2020. Later, the author of the account deleted the relevant content published on GitHub on their own, but it was already copied by the account "xeon-ye" and published on GitHub before deletion.
