The product was mad by [private] and meant for personal use only not to be distributed.

The user was once a collaborator on the project and removed after to which they have the source code to my product. Now after arguments they've decided to release it. Link to [private] ([private]), we don't have a registered trademark or such as we're a small company operating off of a [private] server where we make money selling various plugins and other programs. Don't have a legally binding document such as an NDA with the user leaking the information besides a ([private] TOS for users that purchase, but the repository in question is meant to be harmful towards me and my company, leaking our confidental products source code.
As you can see in this link ([private]) by the insulting name of the repository and the "About me" section, this is nothing else but meant to cause harm.
