+The proprietary material that is being infringed is our source code relating to tire pressure monitoring systems, which further includes specific files (.map, keys, flash bootloader) of two of our customers: Rivian and BMW.

+On 16 May 2024, we filed a DMCA takedown notice with GitHub that identified certain infringing content in connection with the confidential information identified above. GitHub Trust and Safety disabled that infringing content. On 1 June 2024, GitHub Trust and Safety kindly informed us of some forked repositories relating to that infringing content. This notice is in follow-up to those forked repositories identified herein in section two above.
