The original copyrighted work is a Chrome Extension titled Viramate. I have recently removed it from all online stores, but I can provide you a ZIP file of it and have a private repository with full history at [private].

I have no way to locate them since they are not using any official github forking mechanism

No open source license. The source contains a comment explicitly forbidding this behavior.
