"I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice." [private] was working with us to develop my app which i paid for. The individual [private] has posted the updated code which he has refused to provide online publicly via github under his terms and conditions and contract, he was supposed to provide the source code to me instead he has posted it online open publicly.

The original work is SpotterFitness, the original repos are [private]
The disgruntled [private] posted and created these and posted them online without my consent or permission. GitHub - the-web-gurus-llc/spotter-fe: Vue-ionic frontend for Spotter fitness

I am explicitly stating that I am claiming that the entire repository and its contents posted publicly by [private] is infringing upon the original work done by [private] is the one identified in the previous section of the notice. [private] was a [private] who we had to terminate for breach of contract. He is disgruntled and took the last version of the code and posted publicly against his agreement and our mutually agreed upon NDA.
ALL CONTENTS AND FILES ARE IN INFRINGEMENT OF DMCA and he has stolen our source code and has uploaded it.

We have removed the individual from any and all access to our original code and the code that was worked on after his separation.
