I'm one of the [private] of the LTVS project. we developed this software for China Southern Power Grid(CSG) , the owner of LTVS. We found these source codes are uploaded in GitHub.

The original copyrighted work include:

The English name of the software is LTVS, the Chinese name of the software is "低压配电网拓扑辨识与可视化分析系统", The version is V1.0.
The software is registered in [private] (Software registry code: 2019SR0882289).
