I am writing this complaint on behalf of htmlacademy, a company that owns the intellectual property rights to an interactive web development training software, and its associated content. The software and content were created by htmlacademy and are protected by copyright law. htmlacademy has not authorized anyone to copy or distribute its software or content outside of the terms of the licensing agreement, which requires payment of license fees and prohibits copying and distribution of the intellectual property.

As a legal representative of htmlacademy, I am authorized to act on behalf of the company in matters related to copyright infringement. I believe that the content posted in the GitHub repository infringes upon the copyright of htmlacademy, and that the individual who posted the content did not have permission to do so.

Under law the posting of copyrighted material without permission constitutes infringement. I am requesting that GitHub remove the infringing content from the repository and take any necessary steps to prevent its reposting in the future.

The original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed upon is an interactive web development training software, along with its associated content, created and owned by htmlacademy. The software allows individuals to learn web development through interactive exercises and simulations. The software and its content are protected by copyright law.

|
||||
htmlacademy has not authorized anyone to copy or distribute its software or content outside of the terms of the licensing agreement, which requires payment of license fees and prohibits copying and distribution of the intellectual property. The infringing content posted in the GitHub repository includes source code and other material that has been copied directly from the original software and content.
|
||||
I am requesting that GitHub remove the infringing content and take any necessary steps to prevent its reposting in the future.
