+The contents of the following repository are entirely duplicated from material provided in [private] NEU course, specifically assignments, labs, starter code, and solution material:

+The [private] listed in the readme, [private], was a student of [private] in this course (I do not know if this person is the owner of the repository, and our university's administration and faculty have so far been unable to reach him directly).

+The URL to the original material is not public. The material resides in the Canvas LMS course environment and is only available to students enrolled in the course.

+Students in [private] course sign an academic integrity pledge and are informed clearly in person and in the syllabus that the material in the course is not to be published or distributed.

+The material is only available to students enrolled in [private] course through the Canvas LMS environment. Students in [private] class are required to sign an academic integrity pledge acknowledging among other things that none of the material is permissible to distribute or publish.

+It appears that the owner of the GitHub repository was a legitimately enrolled student who broke the academic integrity pledge and published material that he was entitled to access but not entitled to publish.
