I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice, and I'm [private] of the original repository licensed with MIT license, which requests users to include the designated license within.

The pointed repository doesn't use Github's fork feature, so we expect it to include unmodified version of the license file from the original repository, but unfortunately it fails to do that. Moreover, the license text is even modified inside .cpp/.h files, and original author name is removed.
An example can be seens in the files listed below:
- Original .cpp file: https://github.com/dyanikoglu/ALS-Community/blob/main/Source/ALSV4_CPP/Private/Character/ALSCharacterMovementComponent.cpp
- .cpp file from copyright violator with modified contents: https://github.com/eyupalemdar/Replicated-ALS/blob/main/Source/ReplicatedALS/Private/Components/ALSCharacterMovementComponent.cpp

Since, the repository should've been a fork, and include a proper license file within, the entire repositry should be taken down if owner refuses to comply with the copyright requests.
