We've identified that fonts owned by Canva are being infringed by content available on the GitHub service.
The infringing material is contained in the “AIGText/Glyph-ByT5” repository located at https://github.com/AIGText/Glyph-ByT5/. Representative examples of infringement are identified in Exhibit A below.
I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by Canva, its agent or law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
