I am the author of the check.py source code file in its current form. I rewrote the source code file ~3 years ago.
I am the author of 2 images on the repository.

Here is the commit where the owner of the repository removes my copyright notice and the license of the source code.

No. The changes are very recent, I am unaware of any new forks that are missing the copyright notices.

Yes, the SDL license (Simple DirectMedia Layer).
The files are in violation of the license. It states :
"2. Altered source versions must be plainly marked as such, and must not be misrepresented as being the original software."
and
"3. This notice may not be removed or altered from any source distribution."
**What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?**
