+[private] have a repository that's All rights Reserved. A person forked it, and then went ahead to add changes that I specifically told him I don't agree with. It's been a game of whac-a-mole with this guy, both on GitHub and other platforms, and quite frankly I've lost all patience.

+I already created a DMCA for another repository of his, but he deleted it after which I saw this one pop up.

+He then made changes that I EXPLICITLY (via [private] DM), told him I'm not ok with since it takes my work into a direction I'm not comfortable with, let alone do so publicly.

+The entire fork as it's a clear violation of the license. On top of that this person is all but obnoxious in one-on-one contact, so there is no middle ground left for me.
