+• The content (software) located at the repository is based on and connected to Hero Wars game. The software uses code and data from Hero Wars game, gameplay, character’s functions, and helps players to cheat in the game. The likeness, design, names and images of characters are protected elements of the game, and their use, reproduction, distribution and in particular creation of derivative works without due authorization of the rightsholder (Nexters Global LTD) forms copyright infringement.

+• The infringer’s Terms and conditions (https://github.com/gelonsoft/gelonsoft.github.io/blob/master/termsandconditions.html) state that “Gelonsoft and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Gelonsoft Ahero Wars Stats. All intellectual property rights are reserved.” which is misrepresentation as no rights or license was granted to the infringer by Nexters Global LTD.  
+• Any use, reproduction and distribution of intellectual property, including such use, reproduction and distribution via the Internet, is possible only on the basis of a written consent of Nexters Global Ltd. Nexters Global Ltd has not provided any written consent to the infringer.
