Upon debugging and investigating the code it has a shopping cart icon button where you can login and it has an indication word of "2000 reward points on new registration" by clicking the login button you will redirect to the form and it is requesting you phone number, after putting the number of the victim it will request an OTP password to the user. Kindly see the attached image as evidence for your investigation.
