The first edition is no longer available. However, anyone can purchase the second edition book at amazon.com (https://www.amazon.com/dp/0996246339/)

+I use the copyright controls provided by Amazon for print books and e-books.

+I don't know how the project obtained a PDF copy of my book. Regardless of how the project obtained it, the project published a PDF copy of my book on GitHub which is an infringement of my copyright.
