We (Bacon Financial Technologies) are the owner of a mobile app named Hardbacon. It is available in Canada and the USA. We own the code listed below. This code is not public and copyrighted.

this git repository https://github.com/mike1046/finance contains the source code of our company mobile app. the entire repository is therefore infringing copyrights.

I have not searched for any nor do I know how to.

No, this code is the sole property of our company.

Code should be removed from Github, and not be made public.

Yes, this is [private] (or at least that is the mail I the commits).
We hired this person (via upwork) in December 2018 to work with us. His contract lasted a couple month back then, that's it. We have proof of such a contract if you need it. Buy this is a contract with upwork mentioning him only.
