I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice. I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Me, [private] am the [private] of a new social network, had been developing it for months with other hired developers to build and improve the front-end mobile source code.
I tried to hire this person as a freelancer by [private], but he took my whole front end mobile code and he raised 700% the value for the job with no explanations. We cancelled the contract, he kept arguing with me, blackmailed and threatened me to publish my code, and then he did!
You can see in my [private] account [private], that are another private repositories with the same name "[private]". The repository [private] is the code for development outsourcing through a private repository, but the malicious user in question even published the code with my (already disabled) credential for Google API's, sent privately to him.

The copyrighted work is the front-end mobile source code, that I posted (without credentials) to share with hired developers in my own [private] repositories.

Yes, I do have access control with my source codes, keys and credentials and the credentials exposed by the user are being monitored by [private]

He has no relation with Astribes and he is not authorized at all to keep or publish any source codes or assets sent from Astribes for a job quotation purpose. He violated [private] Platform rules, the contract signed and many ethics.
